Lifestyle Retailing Coming to North Phoenix

Phoenix, RED Development and USAA Real Estate Co. have entered into a joint venture to develop and build The Shops at Norterra, a regional lifestyle center in north Phoenix. The 325,000-sq.-ft. center, set on 38 acres, will include a pathway to the USAA Phoenix campus.
