SPECS 2024 program includes 30 educational sessions

Excitement is building for Chain Store Age’s 60th annual  SPECS Show, March 10-12, at the Gaylord Texan, Grapevine, Texas.  

With a program created by retailers for retailers, SPECS is the industry's leading event for design, construction and facilities maintenance.  This year's program will feature 30 targeted educational sessions addressing the industry's hottest topics, with powerful content that includes first-hand insights from retail professionals who will dive into design, construction, facilities management and employee/customer safety.  Back by popular demand this year is security expert Robert Siciliano, who will share how businesses can best protect their stores from retail theft and organized crime.

Keynoters 

On Monday, March 11, innovative entrepreneur and rock legend Gene Simmons, co-founder of the iconic rock band KISS, will deliver the opening keynote, sharing his incredible, unique journey as a rock legend and innovative entrepreneur — and his work expanding KISS’ business empire.

Simmons is the co-founder of Rock and Brews restaurants which has more than 15 locations — and more sites on the way. He has written six New York Times bestselling books under his Simmons Books imprint and Simmons comic book companies.

On Tuesday, March 12, the keynote will be delivered by pioneering financial journalist Ron Insana, senior analyst and commentator at CNBC, and host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "The Market Score Board Report." Insana will translate market signals and the ever-changing economic climate into actionable information for SPECS attendees.
