Bob Evans is enhancing its loyalty efforts with AI.

Bob Evans Restaurants LLC aims to create deeper customer connections, with some help from its customer app and artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The family-style restaurant chain is rolling out the Par Technology Punchh loyalty, offers and engagement platform across its network of 437 stores in the U.S. Leveraging the solution, Bob Evans intends to provide customers with personalized offers and rewards through its app, including family deals, value offers, and convenient online takeout options, with the longterm goal of improving lifetime customer value.

Insomnia Cookies, Jack in the Box add Punchh to digital customer experience

Insomnia Cookies, a cult brand known for serving warm cookies all day and late into the night, is deploying the Par Technology Punchh loyalty, offers and engagement platform across its network of more than 250 stores in the U.S. 

With this move, Insomnia Cookies intends to fortify customer connections, increase frequency, and maximize spend throughout its store network.

Fast-food burger chain Jack in the Box has also implemented the Punchh solution. This enables the retailer to upgrade its online ordering interface and add a loyalty program to provide an upgraded app and digital experience for customers. Jack in the Box also utilizes a Punchh add-on coupons and promotions module that enables it to send targeted offers to customers outside of its loyalty program.

Bob Evans Restaurants LLC is privately-owned chain of family-style restaurants founded and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, which owns and operates nearly 450 locations in 18 states, primarily in the Midwest, mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
